Kingsbridge Armory comments to the CPC and EDC

Below is our testimony in a letter signed by our President, Ira Charles Leveberg Engel, sent October 16th to the City Planning Commission and the Economic Development Corporation from BCEQ concerning the EIS for the Kingsbridge Armory redevelopment.
