The Promise and Potential of the Harlem River Greenway #1

November 10th, 2020 Posted in Front Page News, Harlem River BOA, Harlem River Working Group

Bronx Council for Environmental Quality celebrates its first half-century with BCEQ50:  series of public programs that look back, look forward, and call us to action toward a greener, sustainable Bronx.  BCEQ50 events take up special milestones from our organization’s long history and the challenges that lay ahead. Because environmental struggle is never finished, BCEQ50 looks to the future and to what we can do together.

BCEQ50 kicks off with the first in a series of public programs:

The Promise and Potential of the Harlem River Greenway
Moderated by BCEQ President Robert Fanuzzi presenting a panel consisting of
Joyce Hogi (BCEQ President Emeritus),
Dart Westphal (BCEQ President Emeritus) and

BCEQ’s leading Harlem River Greenway advocates discuss how we got this far, and how close (or far) we are from the Harlem River waterfront.
When:  Wednesday November 11
Time:  6:30 PM
